my issue with this company is the management of its dividend.
Frankly it is either case for mismanagement or a policy that provides opportunity for price manipulation and insider trading. To go from a 5 cent dividend to NO dividend in space of six months........enough said. Prudent management would have gone with a 2 cent dividend and then perhaps another 2 or 3 cents dividend. the company is financially better off and also shareholders see and can understand a stable dividend approach that they can count on and factor into their share approach.
The ABC approach provides plenty of opportunity/profit for insider trading.
