Yeah definitely a must-have for customers with high security \ performance requirements but still want to use Azure.
The general consensus is that Equinix is more expensive on face value, but it does have access to a larger global ecosystem. So globals looking to do business in Australia Equinix is more likely, but Australian-based companies are more likely to go with NextDC.
My feeling is that the demand for colo in Australia would come more from Australian based companies, rather than globals doing business in Australia.
