Basically, giving customers a direct fiber connection to MS Azure web services rather than having to go over the internet.
Much better latency and the security of having a private connection should be big selling points for financial institutions etc.
Good news IMO! Could be a big seller!
Had NXT ever confirmed Azure before this, if not, also very good news that are publicly acknowledging MS presence.
