Proof that markets are neither rational nor efficient.

Retail investors were expecting Instos to pile in straight away, but Instos are waiting for final orders and expiry of appeal period, that's why we dropped and are flat. Final orders could be tomorrow or next week. I believe appeal period is 7 days from final orders. Then watch them pile in.
