Current management have a long history of stretching the truth, embellishing, failing to disclose, even flat out lying.
NF is all in. All or nothing. Management cant relist without a ML because they cant sell, without losing all credibility in the relatively small Australian mining and exploration corporate world. Which investor would ever trust them again?
Do we really think winning in NY would result in the DRC actually coughing up billions? They dont care. They do what they want and the world keeps spinning. As individuals, they sell to the highest bidder. Welcome to business in Africa.
Why would we trust the DRC to compensate us when our trusted management hasnt paid the DRC court directed $20/$25M penalty?

Just relist. Let the market decide. It seems many happy clapping, NF worshipping, faith spruikers will be happy to buy my shares.
