How they have not been smashed by clients of cantor or other large investors to date is incredible imo

even more insane they can hide behind such ideas they can’t be in compliance and then get a simple slap of being suspended by the exchange and that’s seemingly it

as expected the money will soon be all

Gone as a big board presides over a set of legal actions which still after all this time require further responses to be made by Avz ( refer last update) and it looks as though Avz has admitted ( in the media release) cami info is correct as detailed by fat tail, oh but wrong cami shouldn’t have acted - Avz admits to high court case but it’s wrong also according to them- this stuff is insane

2800000000 gone basically and subject to actions and there isn’t one regulatory body demanding answers, for sure a lot of super money has probably gone up In Smoke given it was in a major index as no one was fully informed of this raft of material issues in detail

Until it was all too late - that super money- that would be voters money

Anyhoooo even if we win to get 75 percent of dathcom and a first right of refusal for another 15 percent the mining loc decree has been withdrawn and the capital raised without a shred of disclosure of this string of material items which the board has been living off will all gone

I’m Going Going to vote for some of the non fat tail Shareholders- Avz has disclosed

Some of them holding millions of shares- these people paid for theirs unlike the current board—-I got nothing more to lose on this one so giving them seems Ok to me as the current board haven’t done a thing and are imo incompetent- negligent and dishonest

maybe some new directors will at least sort out the computer hack which allows them keep the truth, non compliance and suspension going

vote out the existing board imo- pick anyone else- the result will be the same , but at least the truth will Come out in full Eventually and hopefully a long list of insiders will face the music

spot on mate good to see an opinion from a realist not the clowns that turn everything negative into a positive. it's comical that it's suggested that zinjin have posted a false announcement on their website to rattle AVZ. if they had an announcement saying they have walked away from dathcom, would we hear the same suggestions lol I'll be taking a six figure hit on this, and after a divorce a few yrs ago that has ramifications on me in the next few yrs. but at least Nigel can sit back and go on like it's business as usual, I'm glad he earnt that 240k bonus this past yr, farken joke that is
