    Agree @Dom74 I reluctantly voted yes on item 1 for that reason. Voting no is a backdoor to a full BOD spill if remuneration gets voted down twice in a row.
    All these people complaining about salaries and bonuses but at the same time expecting to get rich on the stock market aka the altar of capitalism, makes me chuckle.
