And health budgets will be slashed and the US will balance it's budgets and completely wipe out it's debts...those who have cancer will be told they shouldn't have smoked cigarettes, those who get aids will not be given treatment in the US if they contracted the disease through unprotected sex that could have been avoided, those who have high cholesterol will be told they should have avoided going to Burger King etc and those who have any disease that has a high probability of being prevented will not be covered by their health insurance or reimbursed by the government....oops...none of that is going to happen, is it :)
