The key messages for me from the webcast is that Chris is clearly excited and you can undeniably hear it in his voice. I know the questions on these webcasts are by and large Dorothy Dixer's, but he's obviously on to something here and couldn't wait to return from Argentina to let us in on it.

The other lesson for me is the speed at which this moving. Chris is talking about having the concessions approved by the local Mining Magistrate by the middle of August and drilling permits signed off by the end of September. I'm not familiar with how this operates in Argentina, but if it's anything like here at home then the drilling permits will include the locations of all the drill pads plus the environmental and any native title reports reviewed and approved. It also means approval by existing landholders.

He also mentioned additional spodumene targets or concessions in neighbouring provinces and that Latin has a team on the ground at the moment assessing the merits or otherwise of these additional areas. He also covered off on the infrastructure to support mining and advised that the roads are excellent condition, the local administration is mining friendly, the workforce is skilled and the port in Buenos Aires is more than capable of exporting the ore. He covered the possible ore handling including crushing and that the ore would more than likely be exported to the US and not China.
