4.4% yield based on $10 SP, with money being pushed into DC construction... Look 2 years down the track DC in operation and delivering cost savings and no capital spend, IMO even is sales are flat this will result in continued momentum behind the dividend... Fully agree that $15 was a little over valued, but IMO under $10 looks appealing again... I wait with a trigger happy finger
