I suggested in a post recently that for a player to take TRS head on would need to come to AUS with at least $400m to roll out a similar scale store network and as has already been shown in this particular category there is not enough room in AUS for two competing players.
IMO TRS has found a nice little sweet spot that should last a minimum of 5-10 years, when drone delivery is mainstream and a fraction of the cost of traditional delivery then a rethink will be needed but even then TRS can just join the online brigade.
