Most of them are knuckle draggers but there is always a small core who are very good and can be pro active (ie experienced to know a order is wrong, stock needs rotation etc). I have been involved in two major DC projects for major FMCG companies and both were a disaster. Too many head office gurus who thought thay knew it all (with IT consultants). Anyway time will tell.
The sell off is complete BS. Small mug investors who are taking a profit. I will make the call of a close of $14.00 by tomorrow.
