Man, the increase in cost base (labour and suppliers) killed them this year

Payments to suppliers and employees :
2017: $133M
2018: $135M
2019: $129M
2020: $151M (+$16M - $22M compared to previous years!)

Looks like circa $5M of this is an increase in inventories compared to prior years.

Presumably, the balance is Pogo startup costs incl. ex-pat staff, COVID-19 impact on labour and expenses (including isolation downtime etc).
