Currently 8% return in dividend on a low payout ratio. What the hell does this need to get to before people start buying for investment returns?
$2 will give 16.25% maybe that is more enticing. Screw this pathetic market. Time to take a weeks break, be interesting if I can hold off looking for that long. May need counselling soon
