I think part of the answer can be found in various valuations eg Goldman Sachs' review of REIT alternatives August 31 2021 - although they were more circumspect "We are Neutral rated on INA with a 12m TP of A$6.75." due to "Short-term closures due to COVID restrictions across the tourism business are having some impact, with most parks in NSW virtually closed and likely to remain so during the September peak. Near term, we expect margins to decline in the lifestyle development business as a result of mix shift, but expect this to recover over the medium term as higher margin projects come back into the mix."
Still, share price is doing well - today an all time high at $6.52 finishing the day at $6.49, although volume was just under average. Making good progress towards $6.75!
This stock has been a reliable performer, certainly since March 2020.
