Different times. Different market. In these uncertain times people are looking for yield. 11% with half franking has been kept up very consistently for years, including through the market meltdown years of Corona. imo much better than money in the bank and Mr Market looks like agreeing with this.
It's precisely cos it's fallen 17% in the past year that it's worth snatching now.
