Can anyone reconcile how this fund which apparently charges 1.25% management fee, charged $1,128,972 for the year? Based on the average NTA makes no sense, It's almost like they are adding their debt and also changing fees on that... very fishy.
Add another 1.6million in expenses quoted in the annual report to those management costs and the chance of them producing any alpha with their low turn over, buy and hold strategy is somewhere between slim and none.
