OMH should take the opportunity to expand their smelter if there was still hydropower available.
I recall the old plan was to have 2 phases. They did a smaller version in 1 phase and a small upgrade thats coming in 2023.
However if they could have negotiated 3 or 4 cents usd per kwh they should have just gone for a larger upgrade. Maybe do it in 2025.
