overall market is turning real bad with the prospect of higher interest rates.
However, its really hard to see omh going substantially lower than this. There has been someone sitting on the price for quite some time. However, they cant sit on it forever.
If at any point in time it actually does get to a pe of 2x. i really do wonder how long it can stay there. Especially if management comes up with a dividend plan that reasonable.
Even a 15% payout from net profits would give a 7.5% yield at a pe of 2. If it goes to 30% thats a 15% dividend yield.
