This SGR board of gravy trainers and incompetent management do not know about development risk knowing as little as they did about how chronic understaffing would jeopardise their casino licenses.
Foolhardy and risky, if they had had sufficient staff they would still be above $3, they have still not fixed the chronic understaffing problem.
