The risk of further law suits is the risk factor with ccv. I am still hopeful that the new directors have not had enough time to fully assess any potential writedowns, so have suspended the dividend as a pre emptive precation.
Every day forward with better compliance standards is a day closer to all of the legal actions being put behind the company.
I do hope that the already announced legal issues are the sum total of the bad news.
Even a full payout will not effect the medium to long term prospects of ccv.

Anyway. I live in hope.
