Agree, it is a solid if not spectacular result. High debt of $200m offset to some extent by $100m cash on hand, which is pleasing. Capex purchase program also seems to be winding down which should free up some more cash in the second half to pay down debt / dividend.
Trading on a p/e of 5, not a lot has to go right for this stock to be trading higher.
