Time for some serious cost cutting...the digital age is price competitive and does not require so many staff. At least a third of the board should retire NOW, particularly the ones who have been there for a long time. The days of old school advertising and marketing are over and there is no place for those older directors to be still on the board because of their `long service' and old ideas. Board renewal PLEASE!
