CXY are up against the qld govt and the corporations that control them, whom i am sure have massive interests in coal mining. Only 2 years or so ago, Rudd's govt granted CXY funds for cleaner coal industries. How times have changed. Lots of political and power games going on. Hang in there Len. I hope you have the energy and spirit to jump more hoops and fight on. You have got this far mate. I trust that you and your team can negotiate out of this, reverse the negative PR and move forward, fulfill your desires to create electricity.
