MD of Crop Logic resigns - not surprising given share price is down 70% since IPO, but was he pushed or did he read the writing on the wall. Will be really interestingt o see their cash position next week.
Comment in National Business Review suggests that the CEO of Motim is also going - will be interesting to see if that is true or not. My guess is if the Motim sale goes through then the new US owners will be taking over, if the deal does not go through then no doubt they are dead in the water.
Anyone that is working for any PVL investee needs to think very carefully about what they will do next, turnover of senior executives and directors is far too high......start-ups need some stability in my view.
Will be good to see PVL's cash position and forecast for the next quarter next week.
