Shareholder meeting delayed they could not even send out notice of meetings to shareholders correctly.
PVL have 3 or 4 executives that should understand shareholder meeting requirements plus the one director of Motim and CEO of Motim. 6 people who should know.........these guys are just plain incompetent and should not be allowed anywhere near governance or management of a company using public funding.
