The fact he did not know why Walley canceled the meeting is a crock of s**t. Wallley is a PVL appointment, so will have talked with PVL about the decision. Maybe the reason he had to cancel the meeting was because if it went ahead and if PVL forced a yes decision Motim was left owing a lot of people money with no way of paying, and the director might have been personally liable.
