Also for those that might not be in the loop according to the NBR the CEO has not been paid for several months and is opposed to the proposed deal. That is why he "abandoned" his employment. I would have thought that paying people to work for you was fairly common practice......maybe not in the PVL (although they pay excessive amounts) and John Walley.
John of course being a former Director of Hydroworks - now in liquidation, PVL which has destoryed over 70% of its share price in 18 months.
