Sorry entropy. I’m not having a go at Invert and I would personally consider Invert as high growth for NZ so I’m being a pedant with the 10 employee requirement. I just feel that if he was going to throw in facts to back up his argument then they should be accurate.
I have no idea what average growth of a UK high growth firm is, but agree that 6 x 27% fails a sanity check without having to look it up. ( If that figure has even been determined - which I doubt because it is an odd metric to research )
Last I checked the MBIE / TIN100 stats had the largest 200 tech companies in NZ growing at about 8% on average. Not many would be classified as high Growth.
