Sure the first para started off throwing Walley under the bus, but then the rest just had me asking myself whether he was lucid, whether there was anyone in the room doing a sanity check?
What his incoherent ramblings about growth had to do with Motim was lost on me. Motim appeared to me more a solvency issue, and of course a matter of whether there was a viable product and business model to bother growing at all.
The US company was clearly a crock, and he totally evaded the question of whether it brought funding to the table to resolve Motim’s worries.
Clearly PVL itself is a lost cause. At some stage with the $4mm pa bleed it won’t have anything left to sell, and it wont be able to repay CNs. Mind you any company with Viney at the helm would imho be in grave trouble. Wasn’t too effective as CFO either.
