Sorry to hear your experience with this, but if it's any consolation, I believe they've learned from their mistakes and you won't see something like that happening again.
I'm lucky enough to have only got onto this last year when there was a huge discount, but I've liked what they've done so far. I was a bit wary at first, not understanding why there was such a huge discount until I found out about the Melbourne IT fiasco, but I'm confident they've learned from that, and you can see it in the distribution and diversification of their portfolio.
