Seems they sold maintenance contracts on a pay 20% over 5 years and we'll do 60% of the contracts work in year one and smaller amount of work in subsequent years.
Now they are proposing doing 20% of the work each year and getting paid 20% each year.
I can see how the original strategy would be enticing for customers. Not so sure about the new strategy. Any thoughts?
