Directors are a disgrace, no information on the progress of negotiations regarding the sales of LEI's majority shareholding . The directors could at least inform shareholders of the number of interested parties, the possibilities of success with the sales or takeover of DVN.
It not it time for an up date on DVN's business , sales of units , settlements , building starts, new site acquisitions - an indication of profit forecast.
No new is bad news! Management of LEI will need to take the lead in negotiations for the sale of DVN or it will go nowhere.
If DVN is compared with AVJ the sales are higher for DVN yet net profit is significantly lower.
Remuneration levels , salaries + bonuses at DVN are higher than AVJ yet the net profit of DVN is inferior to AVJ.
