Three directors resign or indicate they intend to resign with in two months. It really is a revolving door at DVN. This is an indication 'that all is not well' at DVN. I wonder what LEI thinks , no buyer for the DVN, poor profits, high business costs, and overpaid management ( compared with similar businesses)
DVN should be booming with strong demand for houses and apartments in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Building and sales are going 'gang busters' in these markets - but where is DVN.
The Chairman and and CEO should ' pack their bags ' and give other a go - very poor performance in a strong market which will not continue for ever. No updates on sales or marketing activities since the February 2015 announcement of a very poor half year result. Revenue of $333 mill for a result of $3mil of which the directors and CEO should be ashamed
