A push by Denis McInerney and a group of dissident shareholders for a board spill at junior miner Padbury Mining has been defeated and cast doubts over a takeover bid by Fe Limited.

lol they make this takeover offer sound like they were doing us a favour and now shareholders gonna miss out .
why not write about how ridiculous the offer was who are they trying not to upset say it as it is that they were trying to pull the rug and how option holders were going to be stitched even more .anyone not familiar would think they offered premium plus a holiday to every shareholder on the register.

oslo I'm not sure that they can pull that one again i believe this may be similar to harassment and powers that can will act and not allow it . this sort of distraction cost big bucks
