Hey Rocket - Did you bale out when I suggested @$1.24 in early Oct?
Price action since then appears ominous.
Could be anticipating a decommissioning of the smelter complex in January in prep for a shutdown.
The smelters can only be operated by expat Chinese- even the operating manuals must be in Chinese.
And they are all headed home for Chine NY in early Feb.
