You'd think that since they've known the problem for six months then why not use the Chinese experts on site to train some more Malaysians and show them the job.
It isn't that hard, surely there are some Malaysians who are smart enough to learn the job.
I did send an email to the company saying that its their job to overcome problems, surely with the big bucks OMH management are paid surely they should be able to overcome as problem like this. Sitting on their backsides in Singapore they should be able to make some plans as what should be done.
