What a horrible day! One thing that I didn't like to hear in YouTube interview was the extraordinary long time to become a competent leader in the smelting game it was lots of years! This manpower challenge is the biggest hurdle to overcome and I hope management are being proactive as it appears China is holding OMH at ransom with labour.
