I'd doubt that, OMQ in China sells no product overseas. OMH may have Chinese speaking management but they're Singaporeans. OM Sarawak does employ a lot of Chinese but thats because they want competent labour.
What you say is true however, China is currently upsetting many nations including Lithuania, they're getting a tougher time than Australia. China needs our iron ore.

The USA is also now funding mining projects rather than let China get their grubby little hands on them, only have to look at the announcement by IBG for a US$635 million loan to start their zinc mine in Greenland.

The biggest problem for OMH is the total lack of promotion. OMH should be a leader in the use of renewables ie hydropower. The fact that they're not interested in batterial materials due to the huge amount of waste involved is good in one way but it doesn't excite the greenie brigade.
