Haven't seen any notices of shareholders that own over 5% in SGR, sell or buy any shares as of yet, has anyone else?
It is 2 trading days from memory, after transaction the ASX requires a release of notice so last Friday's sell off was only from shareholders with under 5% holding in SGR.
I think it is the 10/10/24 that Endeavour group pays out their dividend payment so hopefully BM uses some of the cash to buy up some shares and reduce the amount of shares available to hokie pokie traders.
