Thank you for expanding on my post and I agree that the corporate structure is different, and I am not privy to how it specifically works for ISX (I tried to call this out under my point 2). I also tried to provide a more generic context on the ADI process and some sticking points.
One point though re eMoney is that ADI licence incorporates both the holding entity and the overall group including subsidiary structure - so even if it held by eMoney the overall licencing regime takes into account both Level 1 entity (eMoney) and the Level 2 (the overarching Group i.e. eMonday plus Subsidiaries).
