I think that the management could learn how to act slightly more professionally in terms of their market communications etc, but think they are otherwise doing an excellent job at growing the business via new products and clients.

You aren't seriously expecting them to make any further comments until the end of the investigation, are you? To me, that would be the most unwise thing they could possibly do given the nature of the suspension...but hey, that's just me.
