Company values are often total fluff, but it's clear that simplicity, transparency and trust are informing everything that Afterpay does.

Fully agree that over time for those using the Money app, late fees become irrelevant for the vast majority. Afterpay have known from the outset that financially responsible users are the most lucrative.

Afterpay will educate users on good money management and budgeting, such as encouraging users to have a rainy-day savings bucket. It's customer-centric and reduces Afterpay's exposure to losses: win-win.

Could Afterpay be the first to offer insurance products that are simple, transparent and trustworthy? There's much lower hanging fruit to capture in the first phase, but insurance that is "loved" by the consumer would be huge.
