Yeah - its the next reasonable logical step that PRU would take in this situation, as many others have pointed out, the ball is well and truly in PRU's court, and whether they would be looking for a full takeover or even just maintaining their interest in ORR or even a future JV then its probably a good idea to stay quiet, and talk to the Tanzanian Government as part of any sensible due diligence process. Whatever eventuates, PRU will be exposed to a new jurisdiction so I understand why they would want to go through this process.
