It’s quite interesting to note the timing of these Class Action announcements, both coming a day or 2 after major upticks in the Share Price. It would be interesting to see if these law firms (so interested as they seem in disclosure) would care to disclose what major shareholders are pushing these procedures and whether or not they are amongst the 6% that are currently caught in a short squeeze or just the big boys looking to get fully into position following the Danone announcement earlier in the week. What nonsense will they pull out of the bag if we push past $8?
