Money not in the bank leaves alot to thought. What if... for some reason (market turbulence perhaps) ORG pulls out of the deal.
Just looking at the SP Mr market thinks this is possible, couple that with rise in short position doesn't inspire alot of confidence. Would be safer to buy after payment is received and banking on a good Kangaroo drill well, as the downside of a fail deal outweigh current upside. Just food for though, DYOR.
