I think Amanda should stand firm on this one. No more concessions... already had the goal posts moved many times.
Lynas was INVITED to Malaysia, concessions on tax were offered and after all the money was spent to build the plant Lynas was slugged with a $50 million bond that was never in the original agreement. I would think very hard about that if I was considering investing in Malaysia. Their word cannot be trusted, contracts mean nothing.
I think Amanda should stand firm on this one. No more...
