From what I can gather Lynas have taken compliance very seriously, and I am not really expecting any surprises or shocks from the review.
My concern is with waste disposal and the condisoil issue. It seems approval for this is being withheld, whether this is justified or not I do not know. By withholding approval the Govt. maybe deliberately preventing compliance on waste disposal.
Is there a chance the review can pull them up on this waste disposal technicality?
Thanks in advance if others can enlighten me.
