Any thoughts on the breaking up between Clime with their holding...

Any thoughts on the breaking up between Clime with their holding in Jasco Holdings?

I'm fairly new to CIW but not sure what the longer term benefits are in forming another entity in Clime Private.

Personally I like the fact that they are somewhat diversified and have an income stream such as that as from Jasco. I'm defiantly not a fan of holding shares in a company with very 'illiquid' liquidity such as Clime Private will be.

Has anybody been following Jasco for a while? At a quick glance they seem to have had a large reduction in revenue over the years but are still managing to keep core net profit close to the same level.
