    I have been watching CIW . I found the re-structure a little confusing. I had the impression that Clime Private already existed and was not being created for the sell they are 'selling' their 20% of Jasco into CIW. CIW will not have Clime Private under its umbrella after restructure ?
    i need to ring the secretary.
